Dreams - Gateshead

The person who greeted when we entered the store, Zoe, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She provided us with all the information needed to make our choice of mattress. What we liked was that she left my husband and I alone to discuss the options with no pressure to make a decision.

The staff were very helpful

On entering the Dreams store we were greeted with a welcoming smile by a young assistant named Danielle, we explained the type of bed we required, yes, she replied we have some in store but first our store has some small tests to do to make sure you choose the right bed for yourselves, if your happy to do them. We did and actually enjoyed the experience. Danielle proved to be very informative about the beds, she was patient didn't rush us at all in choosing the tpe we wanted. Once chosen, all paperwork was carried out very efficiently, delivery time was good, we chose extra cover for the mattress, received a free matress cover etc. Excellent serve all round. Highly recommend.

Drew was knowledgeable, polite, friendly and extremely helpful. He showed us a multitude of options based on the recommendations from the computerised bed and our individual wants/needs.

Danni our sales person, was very knowledgeable and was very pleasant

Was welcomed in to the store, and informed about the mattress test, and all the mattresses that were available and suited to me. The time was taken to show me each and let me try each individual mattress and my visit wasn’t rushed at all.

Zoe was a very pleasant and helpful member of staff.

Our customer service representative, Drew, was incredibly helpful. A young lad with a lot of clear enthusiasm for his job. He made mine and my partners experience a literal, Dream. We told him what we were looking for and it was not a bother in the slightest. Took it in his stride wonderfully. He had plenty of product knowledge but knew what we wanted from our visit to the store on that day.

We were approached as soon as we came in the store. The attendant (Dani) helped us find exactly what we wanted and offered many options.
