The shop was clean and spaced out, really good selection ( although the bedframe I wanted was out of stock...) Staff were very nice and helpful.

My partner and I were desperate for a new bed, after finding out we are having twins! Myself in particular needed something a lot more comfortable than what we have. Over the weekend we had visited other bed shops which did not provided the products or the service. We walked into dreams today and we weren't pounced on for a sale we were allowed to look around. We had already seen the bed we liked online we just needed help with a mattress, I explained to the sales assistant that money was a but tight so would be looking for a budget option. The sales assistant Ashleigh was absolutely fantastic, she was such a nice person who had the knowledge about the products, she was very polite and patient. Couldn't be happier with the service and cannot wait for our new bed!!

The staff were all lovely, very helpful, patient and friendly. They offered products tailored to my needs and offered additional products also based on our conversation. We took them past closing time but they had no problem with that. The system they were using to place the order was very slow but this was beyond their control so have not marked down my experience as a result of this.

Fantastic service unsure of what we wanted or needed we were asked to go on the mattress machine then given various options to choose from. Lots of patience from assistant very friendly and helpful offered us coffee drinks etc and made us feel very welcome

Janette was fantastic. As soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted by Janette asking how our day was going and if we needed any help. We explained we were just having a look around as we had been to four other bed shops previous to this visit. She politely said if we needed any assistance, just to call her over. We had a look around and Janette approached us again asking if we would like to try their machine so she could get a better understanding of our needs. She showed us the relevant products and gave us a pillow to test them out. She created the perfect bed for us and gave it at a great price too. Her product knowledge was phenomenal. I’m a sales person myself and she exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
