The staff were amazing, so helpful without being pushy

I had visited the store the day before and was not helped or greeted, but the next day Jeanette greeted me and helped me choose a bed.

Visited store twice before making up mind, first visit supported by Graham was as good as it gets in terms of product knowledge, attentiveness and rapport. Second visit was a ditto experience with both Graham and the store manager, Dave. Customer service, choice and competitive pricing made the whole experience first class.

Graham. He was helpful, patient, seems to enjoyed himself (which rubbed off on us) and he didn't go mad when i realised that my freshly cut hair made a right mess of his pillows (sorry again about that).

Good knowledge from the salesman. He was able get the right bed and mattress to match our needs.

Respectful, friendly staff who were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had visited a few stores before Dream's without making a decision on any purchases. I found exactly what I wanted quickly and without any fuss. Will definitely recommend this store to friends and will shop here again.

I'm an efficient shopper. The assistance, knowledge, swiftness and the "no patter" sales service I received from Graham is exactly what I want when I shop.

Graham was excellent, there was no hard sell from him, he listened to what I wanted and advised me of my options. 5 star.

We came ti=o Dreams looking for specific item which was available to see and try out. The assistant was attentive and helpful whilst not being pushy or over-bearing. Over all it was a pleasant experience and I would gladly shop at Dreams again.
