Jannette, our sales advisor was excellent. A lovely greeting followed by some time for us to look around. A coffee was provided and we were then offered the opportunity to use the machine that advises the best mattress to choose. We tried around six beds and we were drawn to a clearance stock item. After much thought we went for the best we could afford on interest free credit. Jeanette is a credit to your business and I really hope she gets recognised for this. She was helpful with a consultative rather than a pushy sales approach. She knows her products inside out and we were VERY impressed with her in every possible way. We will definitely use Dreams in the future and we can whole heartedly recommend Jeanette to any friends or relatives who need a bed in the future. A brilliant experience and a great, value for money deal.

We were greeted promptly when entering the store. Friendly and helpful colleague showed us around, gave advice, showed towards the mattress testing equipment, offered us coffee. Prompt. Friendly. Efficient. Helpful. Knowledgeable.

We were lucky to have Johnathon at Team Valley store he helped us choose a bed and mattress for our spare room.

We were approached by the assistant Jeanette who listened to our requests. She immediately got to work on finding us what we had asked for. She brought us several pillows and went through the various qualities of each until we chose one and then used it to try out the adjustable beds we also wanted to buy. Jeanette then went through the beds mechanism and workings. She also explained in great depth the selection of mattresses that could possibly help my ailments. She gave us refreshments while we were trying out lots of different mattresses that would work with the adjustable bed. She was extremely patient with us as I went from mattress to mattress until I chose the one I eventually ordered. She also explained the various guarantees for the bed and the Tempur pillows and mattresses we had bought. She arranged our finance for us and when she was not sure of a code for something she rang another office to check, which I thought was very good instead of fobbing us off with the wrong information. All in all our visit was highly enjoyable and successful. I would recommend this store to anyone.

The assisstant was very friendly and had an extensive knowledge of the products. The advice given was most useful in helping me decide which products to buy.

From start to finish we were well looked after, the process of finding a suitable mattress was not only quick and easily but thoroughly enjoyable(who knew mattress shopping could be so fun!) especially with the bed testing machine with the 3D images and moving mattress!! Jonathan was knowledgable and informative with a laid back and friendly approach, which made us feel comfortable and not pressured to make a decision. Overall we had a great experience and can’t wait to receive our new mattress!! Thanks again xx

Graham was very helpful and knowledgable. He even made sure that I could try the mattress that I had chosen on the bed that I had chosen. That meant to move the mattress from one end of the showroom to another.
