We were greeted by a very nice lady who helped us choose the ideal bed and mattress ! She was very knowledgeable and professional and answered all our questions .

My husband and I purchased a mattress and Pillows from the store and I decided to come back the next day to order mattress and pillow protectors and a duvet by the same brand. I thought I would need to order them to be delivered however the store had everything I needed in stick. It was a different staff member serving me but she remembered me and the products that I had purchased the day before.

From entering the shop to placing my order, the assisstant was polite and cheery. Her knowledge of the products was very good, and she listened to what I was looking for. A good choice of products were available, and I was not pushed towards any particular one.

On entering the store I was asked if help was needed. The assistant was most helpful throughout and during purchase. I did not feel rushed or pushed, just helped to make my decision with professional knowledge.

I found the use of the bed machine useful in helping narrow down mattress choice. The service provided by janette was also great, just the right amount, helpful but not pushy.

The assistant was lovely, very helpful and cheery. No pressure was put on us. Infact we looked the day before we made the purchase and she was really lovely about the fact we wanted to go away and make sure about our order. We returned next day and did make the purchase. Our experience was just like we were talking to a friend!!
