We found Ashleigh the sales operative to be very friendly and knowledgeable who did not pressurise us in any way and answered every question open and honestly. The store was very well stocked and clean and we did like the technology involved in suggesting which mattress would suite us best. Overall a pleasant experience that was delivered in a very professional manner.

I went into the store looking for a number of specific beds I had already found via your website. I probably looked like a deer in headlights after taking a sharp breath at just how many beds I had to look through, to find those I wanted. A lovely and friendly sales agent called Ashleigh quickly noticed me and asked if I needed any help. I explained the above and she quickly took me to a few of the ones I saw, but went on to apologise and explain that they didn't stock 3 of the beds I was looking for. She kindly showed me some alternatives which I found extremely helpful and unexpected, but definitely a positive. A male whom I believe to be the store manager overheard our conversations and recommended the cavill which funnily enough was one of the ones I wanted to view which wasn't stocked in store. We proceeded to order, I was offered a coffee which was very welcome. I'm hoping that I am just as happy if not more, with our bed. We got our first ever superking sized bed, god knows we need it when we have a 2 and a 1 year old jumping in between us of a night. Didn’t know much about mattress shopping, however Andria was very knowledgable, and gave us some good options

Andrea was really friendly, she explained what the sleep master (I think that’s what it was called) would do and we opted to use that as we didn’t know what we wanted. She then took us around all of the recommended mattresses, she also gave us pillows to use. She then offered us both a drink and gave us all information on mattress we chose, insurance, pillows etc. The ordering was a quick process and delivery due on Friday which is great.

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. They asked what our budget was and helped us pick a bed and mattress that was suitable for our needs and also in our price range.
