First class service, product knowledge, wide choice

Staff were very helpful not too pushy. The store was very clean. There was a lot of choice of beds.

Customer service from Jonathan in Team Valley branch was very good. Excellent product knowledge.

Staff had excellent product knowledge and we were tested on a mattress to find out what mattress was needed.

Jeanette was lovely. She was friendly and professional and answered all questions i had. Im pleased with the offer i got and cant wait to receive my bed!

We weren't bothered by the staff but help was readily available when necessary. Good explanations were given for different aspects of mattresses so good product knowledge.

We were welcomed and put at ease within 2 minutes of entering shop. Assistant, Andria explained she would find bed that suited both of us. She gave us ample time to try and go between beds. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, we felt we were in safe hands. We used the sleep bed to find out what we needed, we were very impressed.

The lady had great product knowledge and was very friendly. She processed my mams order quickly, I had a lovely hot latte while she did this as I had just finished work.

Clean store, professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Wide variety of products to view and try. The "dream machine" analyser helped choose our perfect mattress.

From ordering in store to delivery the service was 10/10
