Our assistant Jeanette was extremely helpful yet at the same time gave us time to ourselves to consider our options. Jeanette advised us to undertake the sleep profile bed which was very helpful. We didn’t feel under pressure but guided to make the right choice for us. We went in for a cheap bed for the guest room and came out with the guest bed and a lovely new mattress for our own bed. That’s the product of a very good sales assistant and excellent customer service.

No pressure staff. Well laid out store. Polite and courteous.

I was greeted immediately as soon as I entered the store by Janette at the Teams Valley Store. She was friendly and warm and asked if we needed help. Once she had taken time to find out what I was looking for she asked if I would be happy to use the sleep analysis machine, which I was. She offered myself my father and my sister a drink straightaway. She began to show me beds that were in my budget, taking time to understand what I was looking for and what I needed. She had excellent product knowledge of all the beds in the store, and was even able to show me a similar bed to one I had looked at in a different store. She took time to explain that I was under no obligation to buy the bed I had settled on, and that the most important thing was my comfort. She explained the mattress cover service so well that I took the protection out even though I had not thought about protection at all. My order was placed very quickly and the delivery date was extremely soon, on a date which worked perfectly for me. She explained the extras I received as part of my order such as a mattress protector and pillows. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Janette when I bought my bed.

Jonathan was very helpful, patient and knew a lot about the products and was able to resolve all of our concerns. Very friendly and made the whole process so easy and straightforward, thank you!

We were serviced by Jonaphan he was extremely helpful we came in looking for a strong bed with storage found a few options that met our needs and advices which mattress was best for us using the special computer matress in store which was amazing. We only came in to have a look around and get a rough idea. But we were so impressed by the service and quality we purchased right away. Over the moon and looking forward to our bed arriving
