Graham spent a lot of time (2+h) trying to help us figure out which products are the best suit for us. All that with absolute patience and politeness and kindness. We were initially supposed to be ordering beds from Bensons for Beds, and already had quotes and were ready to pay. However, after receiving rather unprofessional service we decided to visit Dreams in Team Valley. The colleague serving us, David, was EXTREMELY helpful, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He was highly knowledgable about the products and really took the time to understand exactly what it was we were looking for. He understood our needs and we found him easily approachable, as well as invested in us as customers. All the other store staff were also friendly and helpful, and was an overall very pleasant experience.

The assistant dealing with me was a gentleman called Graham. He was very knowledgeable about the products in store and made the whole purchasing experience very enjoyable. My daughter and I were trying out lots of different beds that the dream machine had selected for me. Also getting advice on the correct type of pillow to use .

Andria helped me find the right kind of frame and mattress for what I would like and what would suit my room. She was understanding and was open to talking about my health issues with sleeping and made this part of what I needed in a new mattress. She was as she says “fabulous!”
