Extremely helpful & friendly staff despite the store being busy

I was treated very professionally and warmly welcomed into the store. All my options were explained. Zoe was so helpful pointing out the best deals and the differences between products.

On entering Dreams, situated at the door was hand sanitizer and throughout the store. We were approached by a member of staff who was masked as we were and introduced himself and asked us how he could assist us. We told him what we were looking for and he gave us a full comprehensive run down of all the beds that could fulfil our needs

The assistant Zoe was friendly and listened well to what my husband and I where looking for. Nothing was a problem and we where shown a selection of mattress’s

We enjoyed the experience of purchasing a mattress with Drew. The process was easy, and we used the analytics computer to work out which would be best.

The lady who met us as we arrived was very attentive without being patronising. She explained every step and gave me time to decide without pressure. I can honestly say she has been the best representative Ive had dealings with during my search for a new mattress.I
