Extensive choice of shapes, colour, materials, prices. The assistance at the shop was very knowledgeable, kind and always had a smile on, which improved greatly our experience in the shop.

Very helpful staff member, answered all of our questions and also gave us time to think, we appreciated his help but also his non pressured approach. We were shown various products around the store which he felt would be suitable for us and we actually ended up purchasing something different to what we originally had in mind which we probably wouldn’t have looked out without his advice.

Your staff member Andria (I think this was the spelling) was absolutely exceptional. Not pushy, really helpful, good suggestions. Very engaging, knowledgeable and made the whole process of selection and pay/delivery really simple, clear and swift. We bought 3 beds on the day spending about £2500. Best customer service experience we had all day. (We saw Bensons, DFS, M&S and Next before making all the selections we needed at Dreams!) We'll never go anywhere else again. The Dreams prices/products and the Andria service were a great combination. Thank you

Salesperson Jonathan was extremely helpful and friendly. Showed us all options and was very knowledgeable about the products.

The assistant was extremely knowledgable and helpful. He took time to understand our needs and explained the range of options in store. We felt no pressure to accept any particular item and felt we arrived at the best result for our needs.

Andrea was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable of the beds/mattresses and able to answer my questions. There was also a good range of beds and mattresses to choose from.

From entering store, we were warmly welcomed by David and were very impressed by his knowledge and his non pushy attitude to us taking our time to decide. First class !!

Upon entering the shop Graham greeted us with a smile. after introducing himself he asked what we would like. we said we needed a mattress, after he found that out he said what kind of mattress we would like soft, medium, firm ect. we told him we would like a firm orthopedic mattress because I have a bad back. Graham took us over the a machine which scanned Graham asked a number of questions like health, which side of the bed we like to lie one and a few more, the machine cut down a few hundred mattress right down to 5 or 6 which would save my valuable time. first Graham gave us a pillow each that would suit our sleeping type which I thought was excellent to go to that in depth presition. We then proceeded to look at a few beds making sure we lay one the side of the bed we normally lie on. we tried 5-6 beds cutting them down as we went if a bed was uncomfortable we would dis guard it so on so forth until we finally found a bed that was in our budget and amazingly comfortable. after this graham talked to us about the protection for the mattress which he was very knowledgeable about has answered questions thoroughly and we purchased that also the customer service was excellent *****
