Our experience was more than amazing. We couldn’t of had a better customer experience, we were very well thought of and given the time to really decide. She went into a lot of detail about why certain beds were going to be best for us especially with my back pain. We also got some lovely hot drinks and had a bit of a chat with other staff members who were all more than lovely!

Clean store, beds all placed apart with plenty of room between so it did not feel crowded. Plenty of choice. Our sales assistant, Graham was one of the main reasons we bought from the store as he was fantastic. He did everything to help our purchase. As first time buyers, we were unsure of what we needed. Graham took the time to talk through everything with us and discuss our needs. He was friendly and attentive, we did not feel pressured into buying anything. His customer service went above and beyond expected. Even to the point of measuring the bed against the size of what our room will be to ensure it will fit and we will still have sufficient space.

Sales assistant was at hand immediately but not intimidating in his manner. He knew the products and put us at ease. He was friendly and relaxed but didnt mess around. He offered us refreshment which was a nice touch.

Danielle was really knowledgeable and showed us loads of options (and we were really fussy, but that didn’t bother her at all). She knew about everything we asked about and was not pushy at all (something I usually dread when shopping for bigger purchases). We got what we wanted, it was a really easy purchase, and overall it was just a really good experience
