we were greeted straight away but didn’t feel under any pressure by any of the sales staff. We were left to just wonder around looking at the products which suited us and then offered the sleep survey in store which we took. The assistant Ash was fantastic she understood our needs and was so helpful. But it was nice to look around with out being pestered first to see if there was anything we liked

Ashleigh was very friendly from the outset and asked us our needs and went on to explain how to choose the best mattress for us. She talked us through how the mattress was made and the additional cover supplied should we want it. She went on to explain that Dreams also sold the bedding needed for our new supering bed which we purchased and all in all she was enthusiastic and very helpful and we made our purchase quickly and efficiently and nothing was a problem. Excellent customer service.
