Dreams - Gateshead

We were warmly greeted by Jonathan approximately 3 mins after entering the shop. Jonathan then made a few enquiries as to what we were looking for, then suggested we take advantage of the mattress analyser machine. Upon completion of the machines’ analysis, Jonathan explained the results, and proceeded to guide us to the relevant mattresses, after giving us a pillow each so we may fully test each mattress out. Jonathan was knowledgable, clearly experienced and took a consultative approach to helping us find a mattress that ticked all the boxes. The whole experience was pleasant, painless and as swift as necessary. I would highly recommend this store and Jonathan in particular, he made, what I anticipated to be a tedious process, very straight forward.

I was replacing a mattress that I bought from Dreams 3 years ago which was accidentally damaged. I was so satisfied with my Flaxby mattress that I thought I would just buy another exactly the same. However on using your instore Sleep Station which was marvellous and hadn’t existed when I made my first purchase, I was recommended to try another Flaxby, a firmer version, which I found unbelievably comfortable, even more so than my original Flaxby.

We entered the store looking for a specific type of bed for our spare room. We found what we were looking for and your colleague helped us to find a decent mattress to go with it. We were never pressured for the sale of the bed and were pleased to be told it would be delivered before Christmas which helped us out greatly. In all we had a speedy, satisfying experience and were done within 20 mins.

We had been looking for a mattress for a few days and it always resulted in an argument as we wanted different things. We walked into Dreams feeling disheartened and sick of looking for a mattress, the Sales advisor approached and we both dismissed her as we were just a little bit fed up and couldn't be bothered with a 'hard sale'. However, Andria was AMAZING! She recommended the Dream Machine straight away, which we reluctantly agreed to get on. After 3 Mins, we had lightened up and were actually having a laugh picking a mattress. Andria knew exactly the right products ton show us and enjoyed having a laugh with us, playing along with our 'mock fights' over the mattresses, yet she remained professional at all times. Probably the best Sales advisor we have come across.

Friendly and knowledgeable, we weren't steered towards something that we were not keen on. We felt that the assistant was there to support us while making our choice.

Upon entering the store, we were greeted almost immediately by a young girl, named Danielle. She was extremely helpful and talkative and seemed to know a lot about the products on sale. She offered us beverages and had a good attitude the entire time we were there (which was up to 2 hours) we were not pushed into buying something and we felt relaxed and at ease to make our minds up about our purchase. Also the other member of staff named Andria, was also as helpful as Danielle and made our time there enjoyable. Both deserve recognition.
