The store was very busy, but the salesman really did his best to sit us down and take our order despite there being no terminals available. The display and price of the bed also was very good compared to your competitors. Overall very positive.

We were served by graham he made us feel comfortable and he shared his knowledge of which bed was right for us.there was no sales talk or pressure it was all about what was right for us

We dealt with Jonathan. He was height professional, very knowledgable, made us feel comfortable but not pushy. Gave us time to look at bed settee in our own. Offered us a cup of tea, no rush, a comfortable sale.
