As soon as myself and my family entered the store we realised how much variety we had to choose from. We got greeted with friendly faces and was able to look around without being hassled...(nothing worse when you get hounded) but staff were on hand to help, As new customers we didn’t realise it was colour co-ordinate to help you find out what type of bed suits you so we were thrilled once your colleague let us know! From start to finish my experience of being in your store was excellent from being offered a cuppa to finalising payments,and receiving deliveryover the moon with the service.

Sales assistant approach us straight away with a smile. Showed us how to find the right mattress for us no pressure and very helpful as my husband is disabled and time was no problem.

The salesman Jonathan was very helpful in sorting my order for a king-size TV bed and made me feel relaxed and comfortable with a coffee while he talked my though my purchase

The network had crashed and the staff had to call later in the day to complete the order.

Graham was very professional in his role. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the products on sale and guided us through each step of the selection and buying process. He is a credit to your company.

Graham looked after me when I came in. He took the time to test what mattress would be best and asked me to try a few out. Amazing service from start to finish.

We were approached by a really helpful member of staff. They were informative and not pushy. When we returned the next day after having thought about what we wanted overnight, we dealt with the same person. When the store systems were down, she very quickly filled in an order form and arranged taking payment later that day once the system was back up and running.

Great, prompt knowledeable service and advice on purchase. Even though the store was busy when we visited, service was immediate.
