Sales Assistant Bethany greeted us quickly and pleasantly - and was patient and professional at all times. A good ambassador for the Dreams brand.

The quality and professionalism of the staff was beyond anything I have ever experienced in my life. The measuring equipment is truly amazing and made the process of choosing a shortlist of mattresses so much easier. I was also very impressed with the 8 year warranty, a great service for customers. Thanks Dreams for making this experience amazing.

Jonathon was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable, discussed the products available and went through various products and price range, he didn’t push us to purchase any particular product

The staff, considering it was new year's Day were very attentive, establishing my needs and sourcing the best mattress available. Attentive with refreshments which were very welcomed.

Andrea, the Dream Colleague who helped us with our purchase was extremely helpful. She approached us as we entered the store to ask if she could help and what we were looking for. She directed us to the appropriate area of the store and left us to browse for the right length of time before coming back to check how we were doing. She checked sizes of beds for us and explained options available. She talked us through choosing the right mattress for our needs, including using the Dream mattress selector technology. She was very knowledgeable and helpful without being at all pushy. We were offered hot drinks while she processed the order and explained each step thoroughly. It was a very enjoyable experience and we would recommend Dreams to friends and family

We were given the assistants undivided attention. He suggested we try the machine which analyses sleeping position etc which provided a list of appropriate mattresses for us to try. Assistant took us to each in turn giving time to try them out and provided us with additional technical information
