The knowledge and friendliness of the staff who served us was excellent. He showed us around a range of beds and gave us lots of detail about each one.

The asssistant (ZOE) was very professional with her knowledge of the item that we finally bought. She gave an in depth explanation about the item and we were very happy in purchasing the item.

Shop floor layout gave good access and visibility of items. Staff very knowledgeable of products. Very helpful and friendly, even offered refreshments. Delivery quoted was much sooner than we expected.

We were ably assisted from the time we entered the store by Zoe. At all times we were provided with information and accurate answers to questions, but at no time were we pushed into buying if we were not completely happy. In addition, other staff were able to help or offered assistance.

Zoe provided excellent help and advice in determining which mattress was best for our needs. The test facility was offered but we knew the type of mattress firmness we needed. The additional protection cover was also good value. We entered the shop looking for one mattress and ended up buying two. Zoe is an excellent sales person.

The person that I dealt with stayed with me throughout my visit. He helped me understand exactly what I was looking at. He took his time and made sure that I made the correct choice. Highly recommended.
