The man helped us on the beds to help see what type of bed would be best for is. Very knowledge and honest. Offered us all water on a hot day. Very reasonable delivery timing and quite ordering process.

Sue , the sales lady was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products , we didn’t feel rushed at all and the staff were all so very friendly and helpful , even helping me to carry my purchases to the car

The service, advice and information we received from Drew was excellent. We did not make an immediate decision on the purchase of a new mattress but Drew was extremely patient and helpful and not at all pushy which is very important to us. We made our decision a few days later and completed our order with you. Overall a very good experience.

We were helped by Jess at Team Valley Gateshead store. Her and every other staff were so nice, helpful and very positive. The next day we went back to the store to change the color of our order and we were helped by Gregg who was super friendly, helpful and amazing as well. Over all this was our very first purchase from Dreams and we are exteremly satisfied and happy with it.
