The service and friendliness of the staff in particular Dani who held vast amounts of knowledge about the products we tested and the approach to finding the best option for us to purchase and the ease at which she guided us was very pleasing without creating any pressure for us to purchase.

We came into the store just for a look and Graham who served us was so knowledgable and helpful we trusted him and bought a bed and mattress.

We purchased from this store last year and the service was fantastic...we needed another bed for our spare room and decided to just return to this store as they delivered a fantastic customer experience....very friendly staff ...will definitely recommend to family and friends

The sales man Jonathan listened to what we were after and showed us only the beds that were in our price range. He explained well and helped us make the best decision for what we needed. We didn't know much about the different mattresses and went more for the look and design of the bed but Jonathan helped us pick a mattress perfect for us.

The sales assistant Andrea at the Team Valley Gateshead store was very helpful and provided a great service. Enjoyed using the sleep assessor to find our perfect bed.

Team member was very engaging putting me at ease. plenty of choice.

Excellent service throughout the store! Graham was fantastic and all other members of staff were excellent in taking the time to occupy my children whilst we we're testing out matresses! Nothing was a trouble. I just wish all other shopping experiences were this good!!
