Salesman Jonathan had good product knowledge and allowed us time to think things over before making a decision.

We were unsure about the type of mattress we wanted and to how much we wanted to spend as this was a rare purchase. With the help and knowledge of the sales assistant, they made this a very happy and reassuring experience. The store had plenty of varying range of beds and mattresses. It was a nice calm atmosphere which made it easier to make the decision to make the purchase that day and made us feel happy that we had made the right choice.

Friendly staff

We were buying a bed for our 11 year old. The sales assistant involved him completely in the decision, showed us all the options and was highly knowledgeable. She wasn't pushy at all. We were very impressed.

When I entered the store I was not sure what kind of mattress I needed or was looking for as it was my first time purchasing one for myself. The staff helped me so much and made sure I purchased the mattress which was the best for me
