Great service

We were given several options to try. The salesman gave us good advice and sufficient time for us to try the mattresses until we found one suitable. Graham was very helpful but allowed us time to make our own decision.

Excellent customer service

From the moment I entered the store and approached the beds, I was warmly received and asked if I needed any help. The assistant took the time to organise a demo of the Dreams bed simulator to understand my requirements. He returned on completion of this and further assisted with my requirements. I was offered to try all the recommendations and went further to assist with addition support in the form of pillows to assist with getting a great nights sleep. He gave the time for us to try each mattress and pillow combination and never at any point did I feel pressurised or rushed. I can honestly say that its one of the best shopping experiences I have had. Thank you so much.

Staff went out of their way to be helpful

My partner and I visited the Dreams store at Team Valley Retail Park just to get an idea of what was available as we'd looked online and didn't know what to buy. The store was quite busy when we were looking round but as soon as a member of staff was free, they approached us. The assistant, Bethany, was friendly, knowledgeable and was a great help. We used the Sleepmatch system which made choosing the right bed much easier. There was no high pressure to buy which made us more willing to buy from Dreams. There was also a sale on at the time which was an added bonus. We'd certainly shop at Dreams the next time we need a bed and would recommend Dreams to any of our family and friends
