Dreams - Gateshead

We were approached after a short amount of time looking around, we were given the sleep match test and shown a variety of mattresses in our best fit category. The woman who served us was really helpful, understanding and considered alternatives to match our budget. She worked with us testing the same mattresses over and over until we made a decision.

The assistant was a delight to communicate with. Dani was very knowledgeable and informative without been pushy and advised and lead us through a variety of products so we could make an informative desistion. On arrival Dani started with a pleasent conversation and asked if we had ever tried the correct mattress finder for our size. I was so impressed that this facility was available. We understand the requirement to match the body alignment with the correct mattress. The facility takes the guesswork out of the equation saving time and redirecting to the correct mattress with the giudence of the assistant Dani. It was a pleasure doing business. The staff in store where very pleasant and helpfull making a very pleasent experience, refreshing these days.

When we entered the store and approached by Andria she was very helpful we told her what we were looking for and what we currently had. She offered us to try the Dreams bed to establish what mattress was best suited for us. After is was complete she gave us two pillows to take around with us while trying the mattresses which the print out had recommended. I liked how she showed us all different kinds and price ranges, we chose our perfect mattress and the payment process was quick and easy we even purchased the pillows as they where so comfortable. it was a very pleasant and hassle free visit and the little things like being offered a Tea or coffee was nice. Thank you to Andria for all her help.

The lady who helped us was very friendly and very informative she wasn’t pushy gave us lots of choices and also gave us space to talk between ourselves The whole process was very pleasant

Excellent service from going through the door. The sales assistant Ashleigh from your Gateshead shop retail world, had very good information about the different mattresses. dreams was my first shop to visit. I did not have to look anywhere else.

The computerised sleep assessment enables me to identify which type of mattress would be most likely to suit me so made trying them out much easier. The assistant had a good knowledge of the mattresses available so was able to advise on types and suitability too. Lovely coffee while sorting out the payment (I opted for the interest free offer) and although couldn't make an appointment straight away rang me back within an hour to confirm the appointment date. Highly recommended.

Friendly, efficient service. Andria knew her product and was highly professional.
