Level of customer service was outstanding Customer service from Graham at Team valley was flawless. His range of the various products available, explanation of best suited product. Courtesy in providing beverages including my children. Spent approximately £2400 on a TV bed & mattress down to his customer service.

The member of staff who dealt with us was very knowledgeable and helpful . Was offered a cup of Tea whilst processing order .. very pleasant experience

The lady who served us (Dani) was fantastic. We went in knowing we wanted a bed and mattress but that’s all. She showed us all the beds and mattresses and helped us understand the difference between all of the mattresses. She was fantastic and is the main reason we would shop here again.

Very knowledgeable, helpful, approachable and patient staff (Jonathan) with plenty of time to look at and try out various options - of which there was ample. Nothing was too much trouble. Purchase was simple and all communications came as described. Bed delivery clearly arranged and on time. Delivery men did an excellent job. All much to be recommended.

I loved how we got to see which mattress is best suited as previously when I have purchased beds from elsewhere this has not been offered. The range of bed frames and mattresses was extensive and Ashleigh was so polite and friendly. She was very professional and had excellent knowledge of the products. I felt comfortable taking her advice on the recommended mattress we purchased.
