Dreams - Gateshead

On arrival at the Team Valley store, we were greeted by a lovely smiley friendly Lady called Andria. We were very pleased because we did not have a clue were to start looking, we have had so many mattresses over the years we have never found a one that has suited us. She took us to a sleep match machine where a computer does the work when you lie on it and it tells you what kind of mattress you should look for to suit your body. Andria then showed us all the available mattresses they had to match us and there was loads to choose from so we had a lie down on them all and she was very patient and knew her stuff and we managed to find a one to suit us after all these years of searching so thank you :-)

Straight forward and no hassle

Andria was very welcoming, she had fantastic product knowledge and was very patient in helping us decide which bed and furniture to choose.

The assistant was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Assistant that served us called Andria was very knowledgeable, helpful and gave great advice and service. Nothing was a problem. She took time to listen to what we wanted, put us on a mattress tester to see which was the best mattress for both my wife and I. Then from the recommendations allowed us time to try different mattresses to see which was best for us. Then Andria guided us through the different bed options until we had made the choice we wanted. No pressure just great advice and service.

A colleague named Ash assisted me in purchasing a bed and mattress suitable for my needs. She was pleasant, polite and informative. She encouraged me to try out different mattresses and assisted me to use your new technology in store, she explained the advantages of this. She offered me coffee and further products available in store. I was impressed with her dedication and attention to detail..
