The service we received in store was spot on!! We used the mattress tester which was great and David took us round each mattress. He was not pushy in any way and although we really just went in to continue our research we felt satisfied with what we saw.

We were served by Bethany who had amazing knowledge and explained everything to us.she was very friendly and offered us a coffee.she spend time with and left when needing to decide, we never felt pressured at any time, bethany is asset.to your company and because of this I'd return to store for future buys and also tell friends and family.

My Son suggested we go to Dreams for a new bed as they purchased from Dreams (they live in Cambridgeshire) and are happy with their purchase from 4 years ago. I will spread the word about Dreams!!!

We were welcomed at the door by Andria. We had made an appointment and she was expecting us and asked what we were looking for. She listened to our requirements and we then were shown multiple options. We were offered a coffee which was delicious. Andria was extremely patient and we were extremely happy with her recommendations. We had only planned to look today but we were so impressed we bought our bed and are looking forward to having it delivered to our new home.
