Graham was very friendly and spent time making sure we got the best bed for our needs. Found it very satisfactory experience.

We were greeted by Graham in the Team Valley store Gateshead. From his first greeting he was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and catered for our requirements without pressure. From first entering the store until leaving having completed our order we felt very valued and appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble to him.

From walking into the store at Team Valley the staff were very responsive to our needs of buying a new mattress for not only my husband and myself but my son too!! Jeanette the sales assistant seemed to have a good knowledge of beds and the assortment of mattresses that would suit us!! It was an absolute giggle using the computerised bed to find the right mattress! All the staff were lovely with us and we did get offered teas and coffees but we declined! It was a lovely visit to the store and I will be telling friends and neighbours about my experience !! Well Done!!!!

We were very happy with the customer service we received from Janette she had a lot of time for us and she had a lot of knowledge very experienced member of staff she made our shopping experience lovely and stress free.
