Excellent, knowledgable service.

I generally hate making large purchases for any items whatever they may be. I believe I was served by a lady called Janette at the team valley store. She was friendly efficient and knowledgeable throughout, did not put unnecessary pressure on me and focused on what I was wanting instead of trying to push me one way or another. I got what I felt like I wanted at a price I was willing to pay, one of the best shopping experiences I have had in some time

When I was in the store I received help from Andria who was super helpful and patient with me even though I was pretty slow moving after having surgery three days prior to my visit. I really enjoyed her customer service and found her to be the right balance of informative but also not pushy in any way while also respecting my budget restraints. The hot chocolate she offered was nice to.

There was a lot of attention to personal requirements & Graham was very helpful with everything. Also very friendly.

The mattress measurement system was very thorough as well as pillow recommendation. Tried a lot of mattresses and the associate, Andria, was very helpful.

Came in looking for a bed in the team valley store, I was given scan option to check which bed suitable, didn’t feel pressured as sales assistant was subtle but managed to up sell knowing I came in with a budget in mind but at the same time realised I appreciated quality so his use of this line ‘This is the brand that Prince Philip uses’ was quite apt!! please check name as I don’t recollect this now, another aspect of his sale technique which I noted was that he advised accordingly on drawer option to keep cost in mind. This particular sales assistant managed to make me spend double my budget so clearly doing a great job!

Assistant understood our needs and showed us beds that fitted the relevant criteria across all price ranges. At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase

We were greeted very promptly and Danielle understood what we were after very well indeed. She showed us the beds we were interested in. She was very knowledgeable and efficient in placing our order.
