Myself and partner made a visit to dreams Gateshead to hopefully purchase a double bed and mattress!! A colleague approached us lovely lady called Janette to offer assistance she offered us a cup of coffee while we looked around and to let her know if we found anything to fit our needs!! We did approach her and her customer service knowledge was outstanding!! Even the dream machine was amazing!! She helped us choose the bed and mattress to our needs with no pressure at all!! The sale and speed of the delivery left us more than satisfied for a return visit!!
