I was served in the Gateshead (team valley) store by a man called David who was great! He had really good knowledge of all the mattresses and what would be best for me as I didn’t know much about them myself! He made me feel really comfortable! Overall 10/10 on his customer service!

We were recommended by my son in law to visit your store. We were really pleased that we did, the staff were very helpful and friendly they knew there job and advised us and answered any questions that we asked. I am sure we will be satisfied with our purchase.

The assistant who served me was happy to spend a lot of time with me and did not push to make a sale on the day. So I was more than happy to go away and check my finances and confirm I could afford the more expensive mattress.

The customer advisor was brilliant. She was friendly and professional and knew a lot about the products and services. She was also very friendly with my little boy who was with us while we were shopping.
