We were assessed on the electronic beds to find our perfect fit and then introduced to the various options recommended by the survey. Having being shown the options, we were then left to try each one at our leisure and even offered refreshments during the process. The sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable and made sure we had all the help needed.

It was late afternoon when we went into the store on the Team Valley Trading Estate and we got a very pleasant greeting upon entering.Although it was almost closing time Sue did everything she could to help us,even putting us on the machine to decide what type of mattress we would need.Everything was very professional throughout our entire visit because of this we would recommend you to anyone

Dani sales representative was very attentive and understanding around my need's and my health issues which makes me need to take my time when trying different bed's out,she was very supportive and knowledgeable about the various products which would be suitable for me and was very reassuring to me

The sales assistant Drew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We visited the store with an elderly relative and someone with learning disabilities and Drew was very patient.

After a quick chat with Drew (assistant) he showed me exactly what I needed. I tried a mattress to go with the bed frame I want. All sorted within a short space if time. Completed all necessary forms etc. I was dealt with in a very efficiently and friendly manner. Top marks...

I originally went into dreams weeks earlier & was dealt with very knowledgeably by a lovely staff member called Dani she talked me through all the recommended products & carried out the bed assessment which was quite fun! It was a lot of money to spend on a mattress as I was contemplating the tempur so I took some time over Christmas to decide. I saw that there was an offer on to get £100 off & 2 free pillows so decided I’d give it a go. With a 100 day try out I can’t go wrong! Dani was there on my return to go through the finer details & set up my direct debit I hope the mattress helps my aching back & helps me have a good nights sleep. I’m hoping my investment will be worth it. Delivery is on a day of my choice in a couple of weeks time so I’ll jet you know how I get on!
