The items we wanted to order available to look at on display. All items we available to order. Staff very professional and friendly. Good social distancing and extra measures in place in store. And got some free pillow thrown in!

We were recommended by my son in law to visit your store. We were really pleased that we did, the staff were very helpful and friendly they knew there job and advised us and answered any questions that we asked. I am sure we will be satisfied with our purchase.

I was served in the Gateshead (team valley) store by a man called David who was great! He had really good knowledge of all the mattresses and what would be best for me as I didn’t know much about them myself! He made me feel really comfortable! Overall 10/10 on his customer service!
