Your employee Andrea was excellent in all aspects of our enquiry. She was very polite, knowledgeable and friendly - she listened to our requirements and advised us on a selection of purchases within our price range never attempting to persuade us to go for a more expensive range. She offered us a selection of beds within our price range but without any high powered Dale's techniques. We would certainly recommend your shop at Team Valley without any hesitation. We both felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout the whole experience

The assistant who dealt with us was professional from beginning to end. She was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. The products shown to us were of a high quality. When we chose the mattress we wanted the assistant managed to get it on the same delivery vehicle as the bed frame which we had ordered online the previous day. Brilliant service.
