Excellent service from start to finish via Jonathan, and we love the bed it’s fabulous thankyou

Dreams was one of the first shops we have visited since retail has reopened. On entry we were encouraged to use hand sanitizer and were told if we wanted to lie/sit on any beds to look for an associate. We were later approached by Andria and we asked her if we could look specifically at three beds. This was no problem to her and she placed paper on the beds and explained about the different types of beds and mattresses. We decided on a bed and the whole process of buying and ordering was professional and friendly. Delivery is just 10 days from ordering which is great. We are returning next week with my mother as she needs a mattress. We hope Andria will be available but I'm sure the other staff will be just as good .

The assistant who dealt with us was professional from beginning to end. She was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. The products shown to us were of a high quality. When we chose the mattress we wanted the assistant managed to get it on the same delivery vehicle as the bed frame which we had ordered online the previous day. Brilliant service.
