I was very satisfied that the store was safe, there was plenty of space in the showroom. I was immediately offered help by Andre from the Team Valley store who sorted everything out really quick.

The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable

Although the store did not stock the same as we already have, we were able to find something we hope will be suitable

Johnaton was a great help served by him twice in that week when I popped in previously for a quick look, great product knowledge helped with all our needs and wants. Very friendly couldn’t do enough for us

Staff are very friendly and professional they explained in details on what we needed. The Dreams store in team valley is very clean and staff always practise safety of the costomers and staff. Special thanks to Drew and Gregg because they help us choose the right mattress and bedframe for us and explaned everything on what we need.

I was helped by Sue, who took time to listen to my needs. Expressed empathy on the learning of my partners death and included the fact my dogs sleep on my bed as part of the discussion around the right mattress for me. Sue was really friendly and talk with great knowledge about products. I had only popped into the shop to have a look but after speaking with Sue there was no reason not to buy!

The shop assistant Gregg was extremely helpful and informative.. he gave us time to look around and shared information appropriately.. introducing mattresses as and when required.. He was aware of our original budget and showed us the mattresses to match.. only when we got onto the tempur beds and realized the extra comfort they offered were they considered.. The assessment machine was novel and hot drinks welcomed

We were highly satisfied with our experience, as soon as we walked through the door a college was there to be of assistance to our needs. We went in just to browse products and get a better understanding of what we may need. The college was very friendly and helpful and helped us to get a better understanding of the products, gave us a variety of options and help choose the one that was best for us. We were not rushed and felt very relaxed and it was a good experience.

I was buying my mattress on a tight budget, I feared I wouldn’t be able to afford a good affordable mattress for my bad back, knee and hip. I went around and chose one I thought would suit me. The assistant offered for me to “Sleepmatch” to find the mattress for my personal needs. I genuinely thought I wouldn’t be able to afford one.To my surprise there were four and one was affordable. The assistant was very friendly and genuinely helpful, there was no rush, I was able to take my time order to find the right mattress for my personal needed. He made this an enjoyable purchase, one you don’t get when buying on line.
