The Staff were very helpful and explained the different products that were suited to our needs. We felt at ease and not pressured in to a sale.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by 2 assistants. One named Danielle especially welcoming. She explained the safety measures in place. She offered assistance if I required this. I found what I was interested in and Danielle assisted me with additional information. Once I decided what I required she then supported me in purchasing the items. She was very pleasant and couldn't be more helpful. Very smooth conclusion.
