Janette was extremely helpful from the moment we walked into the store. She explained about Sleepmatch which definitely helped us to choose the ideal mattress for us. It was quick and very clever. Throughout our whole visit we were well attended to - we were even given a bottle of cold water each as it was a very warm day when we visited. At no time did we feel we were taking too much time making our choice. No pressure, a delightful visit and one to be recommended!

Staff was excellent. And made me feel comfortable enough to be able to have a good roll about on many beds to get a good feel for the one I want with no pressure .

Ashleigh from the Team Valley Gateshead Branch is an absolute credit to your company. I’ve never received such outstanding customer service, from a genuine and friendly person. She was so easy to talk to, very friendly and helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. She explained everything clearly for us and we can’t thank her enough.
