Excellent customer service and knowledge. Not too pushy either, didn’t have to be really. Very welcoming in store. Delivery team excellent too, very friendly and explained maintenance and also courteous ie took shoes off automatically

Excellent service from walking through the doors to leaving staff took time to listen to what we wanted and explained all the different ranges available, we didn’t feel any pressure to buy if we didn’t see anything we wanted and there was no rushing us into anything, very likely to use again

Dani was available and offered to help as soon as we entered the store. The guidance she gave was highly valuable in finding the characteristics in each mattress we liked or disliked and then further scoped down options from there. The whole sales experience was no pressure and there was no pressure on buying anything higher cost. We left in a good time and very satisfied.

Following a call to the store we visited took at a particular product. We were welcomed and taken to the bed we wanted and decided to purchase it. Then we enquired about a mattress. We were assessed on the sleep analysis machine and given the details of findings. We ( after some time ) selected a mattress and the delivery date we wanted was agreed upon. Great service from Andrew and Jess.

The salesman (Drew) was exactly what we needed. After considering our requirements he explained the options available in great detail and helped us (in a calm manner) to make our choices. He could not have been better!

This is the first time we’ve bought a mattress. The whole experience was amazing. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. We were given the opportunity to use the bed which measured how we slept and managed to save money over all from our budget.
