Myself and my husband were looking to buy a sofa bed we had looked on line and had one in mind. When we arrived at the store we were greeted by Jonathan who was very friendly and knew exactly what were were looking for. We purchased the sofa bed and decided to also buy a new Divan bed. We asked Jonathan for advice he asked what we were looking for showed us several bases and mattresses and helped us choose what was best for us, there was no pressure to buy anything we were unsure about. We found him very helpful and friendly a perfect salesman who knew his products and could give advise needed.

Rep's in the store very polite over the telephone and described the mattres Iused at home was no longer in production, and then told of others , data and make etc, and then advised on the one I would find best for my needs. Very much obliged to the store rep who answered my queries and whose advice I have taken for my new mattres.Thank the Lady member in the Gatesheab branch, Andrea, for me. D. Walker.
