Very helpful assistant, but can't say more until I receive my bed

We visited Dreams to buy a mattress for our first home. As we have never been shopping for a mattress before we didn't have a clue where to start. The shop assistant was very helpful from the moment we walked in the store, she helped us pick out a mattress that was perfect for us and within our budget. I am very pleased with my Dreams experience and would definately shop there again.

We visited the store once to browse and then again a few weeks later to place our order - on both occasions the staff at the store (in Gateshead) were very friendly and professional; and made sure that not only did we receive the best possible advice, but also was given whilst taking into account all required H&S precautions given the current situation. Thank you!

Dani was a great help in going through the different mattress choices. I already knew which bed I liked before I visited the store. She appreciated my budget and showed me several choices. The only issue is the lead time for the bed, I have no patience!! But can't wait to find out when I will be getting it!
