We went into store expecting to just look at mattresses in the mid range tier but with the stores expertise and the sleep scanner it helped us to pick the mattress which was best suited to both mine and my wife's body and the store assistant guided us through the available products with no pushiness just knowledge and information which would help us get the most comfortable sleep.

The store was clean and had a good sanitation station in store. I was impressed with the products as I am very fussy and I was over the moon to find the perfect bed. We were helped by Jonathan and he was very helpful and gave us all the information and options available to us, he did this in the perfect way as I didn't feel like he was trying to over sell us items. I have had this issue with other companies previously and it makes me feel uncomfortable/anxious. It was nice to be looked after and made to feel comfortable, due to this I will definitely be a returning customer, especially to this store and I would 100% recommend them. We are very excited for the delivery of our new bed!
