We went in to the store for the first time to buy a mattress as our existing one needed replacement. Andria was waiting for us having made an appointment. She was cheery, very helpful and gave advice on what was suitable to us. We left with what we thought was the right choice for us. Also the delivery date was surprisingly good and we left with two new pillows as well. A very good retail experience.

From the start when greeted very expertly.through the whole experience from buying the correct bed for my needs.the sales assistant was extremely professional, an expert in her field,put myself and my mum at ease straight away.I have never experienced buying a bed like it, excellent.thats why I have rated the experience Highly satisfied.

Dreams was open late. The availability of a staff member was good. We received excellent customer service from Ash, who was professional in handling our queries and knowledgable of the products on sale.
