Sales assistant called Drew was very knowledgeable and friendly. No undue pressure from Drew to purchase a mattress on the set of visit, because I was totally happy with Drew I returned to the store the next day and purchased a £2,000+ mattress. The manager also spoke with my wife and I, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. Both Drew & the manager are a credit to Dreams.
