My parents are both disabled and needed a bed and mattress to satisfy their needs. Andrea, the Sales Assistant was pleasant, really helpful, patient and calm.

We went in to the store for the first time to buy a mattress as our existing one needed replacement. Andria was waiting for us having made an appointment. She was cheery, very helpful and gave advice on what was suitable to us. We left with what we thought was the right choice for us. Also the delivery date was surprisingly good and we left with two new pillows as well. A very good retail experience.
