Dreams - Gateshead

Just called in to have a look and ended up buying a bed.. I was looking for a specific style and found exactly what I was looking for at a price similar to one I was about to buy online, Danielle was an absolute star ! Very friendly chatty and very knowledgeable about the beds I asked about today .she also made me feel very comfortable buying my dream bed today .. and I have to say made me a very nice cup of coffee too !

I was welcomed into the store by the sales person (i now know as Andria) who ask what product we had in mind and started giving us advise and offered a mattress test and disguised the results also offered us a free bottle of water and coffee. In total a very pleasing visit and a very nice sales person. Andria was the sales persons Name a very pleasant young lady and very helpful. I would go as far to say Dreams has a new regular customer. 10 out of 10
