Very friendly staff who made the visit easy and safe. Nothing was too much trouble and able to test the products before sale. Not pressured to make a quick decision and encouraged to consider all options. Was easy to make the purchase and very good service from Ash. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Would like to say thank you to Ash who made the visit very enjoyable and very friendly Excellent service

The assistant Ashlie was very helpful & able to assist in chosing the correct mattress. She was very friendly & is a credit to your store. This was our first visit to Dreams & we have already recommended a friend because of the service we received.

Salesperson David was very helpful and knowledgable answered all questions quickly and not at all pushy his advice was very helpful to us and we felt he gave us good attention and seemed to be a very nice guy.

Just called in to have a look and ended up buying a bed.. I was looking for a specific style and found exactly what I was looking for at a price similar to one I was about to buy online, Danielle was an absolute star ! Very friendly chatty and very knowledgeable about the beds I asked about today .she also made me feel very comfortable buying my dream bed today .. and I have to say made me a very nice cup of coffee too !
