The staff and the whole experience instore was amazing ! I was especially impressed with the technology used to to match us with a prescribed firmness. I really cant stress enough how pleasant and enjoyable our visit instore was. Even the assistant who dealt with us was so friendly and not pushy, everything at our pace. Well done guys youve really got the whole bed shopping experience boxed off ๐๐ผ

Friendly, helpful staff, knowledgeable about products and suggestions for better comfort from pillows. Ash was helpful throughout and spent time understanding issues. We originally went in for a sofabed and ended up buying a mattress and pillows returning the following day to also purchase the sofabed. All staff made us feel comfortable and safe during the visit and encourage safe practises to protect from virus.

Very friendly staff who made the visit easy and safe. Nothing was too much trouble and able to test the products before sale. Not pressured to make a quick decision and encouraged to consider all options. Was easy to make the purchase and very good service from Ash. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
