Ashleigh was helpful from the moment I stepped through the door, she listened to my needs and used the sleep machines to assess my sleeping. Water and coffee and colouring books were offered for myself and family throughout. (toddler was there and the staff were so friendly) The bed choices were amazing and I'm so excited for my order to arrive!

Assistant took the time to explain everything even down to the pillows etc and even though we are social distancing she made our visit very personal
