Very friendly efficient staff.

We went in not necessarily going to buy a new bed on the day as it was the first shop we called into. Andrew made us feel very welcome, was very knowledgeable and offered us a mini massage and bed assessment to think about what bed would suit our needs. He talked about the good and bad points of different beds, was never pushy and left us with our thoughts and didn't put any pressure on either of us. He offered us a drink and we had a really good experience. He knew his stuff, was enthusiastic but not gushy and we came away having ordered a bed, pillows, mattress protectors and a feel good feeling. We certainly had the dream experience with Andrew and would happily recommend to anyone who wants a professional, personal and knowledgeable experience.

The staff were fantastic and could not do enough for you - especially Andrew who served me at your TVTE store on Gateshead - brilliant - could not fault him👍

Andrew the sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs and gave very good advice. He helped to distract my daughter so I could concentrate on finding the right product for me without having the stress of keeping her entertained too.

The assistant was very knowledgeable about the product and listened to our requirements carefully, allowing time for us to revisit our two favourites before reaching a decision, and allowing time for my husband and I to talk separately.

Sue was so helpful from the moment we stepped in the store, made us feel so comfortable and helped us find the perfect mattress.
