I was greeted at the store and asked if I needed help, I was given all of my options helping me to make the best choice. The item I bought was the best quality and the cheapest price that I had seen, I had shopped around. I was given information on insurance, I was advised of different delivery dates, this was much better than being told when the bed would be delivered.
